Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation via PayFast. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery We deliver across South Africa via Aramex Store-to-Door. Once dispatched, please allow 8–14 business days for delivery to your address.

Shipping Cost We currently offer free shippingon all orders within South Africa.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Aramex website.

Delays & Lost Parcels While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [your email] and we will follow up with Aramex on your behalf.

Note: We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
