Welcome to House of Zuri. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

House of Zuri is an online jewellery store offering premium fashion and faith-inspired jewellery products.
By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases through this website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
House of Zuri reserves the right to:
- Limit quantities purchased
- Discontinue products without notice
- Correct pricing or description errors at any time
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payments are securely processed through PayFast.
We accept payment methods supported by PayFast, including:
- Debit & Credit Cards
- Instant EFT
- Apple Pay (where supported)
- Other secure payment methods offered by PayFast
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
House of Zuri does not store your banking or card information.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us directly.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We use Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries within South Africa.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- South Africa: 8–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
House of Zuri will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Unavailable recipients
- Courier-related issues beyond our control
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The incorrect item was received
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Earrings
- Sale items
- Worn or used jewellery
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back through the original payment method via PayFast.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by House of Zuri.
